It has been some time since we’ve spoken about the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster in any capacity, so we thought we’d head back to this incredible machine today. The Aventador SVJ Roadster is powered by a 6.5L V12 engine featuring multi-point injection. It has a 3.74 x 3.01 inch Bore x Stroke and a compression ratio of 11.8 ± 0.2. The engine is capable of generating 770 horsepower alongside 531 pound-feet of torque, which gives it a weight-to-power ratio of 4.5 lbs. per horsepower. The engine itself is tethered to both an electronically controlled all-wheel drive system that features a rear mechanical self-lock differential and an ISR gearbox with seven speeds.

All of that power enables to the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster to hit a top speed of more than 217 miles per hour. More importantly, however, it enables the vehicle to get from a complete stop at 0 to 62 miles per hour in just 2.9 seconds, or from 0-124 mph in 8.8 s. Additionally, thanks to its dual hydraulic circuit brake system, which features 6-cylinder brake calibers in the front and 4-cylinder calibers in the rear, it’s capable of coming to a complete stop from a speed of 62 mph in 101.7 feet.
