Lamborghini Lounge Monterey hosts the Aventador SVJ launch
Monterey Car Week was just last week, and Lamborghini stole the show. They unveiled a new car and a new venue all at once. Join us with our coverage as the Lamborghini Lounge Monterey hosts the Aventador SVJ launch. Lamborghini even unveiled a limited edition variant of the SVJ that you need to learn about.
Is this the first Lamborghini lounge?
By our count, this is actually the second Lamborghini Lounge. The first opened in Manhattan on November 18, 2017. The Lamborghini Lounge Monterey certainly marks a trend, and you can likely expect other Lamborghini lounges to appear in other prestigious areas all across the country or even the world.
What is a Lamborghini Lounge?
A Lamborghini Lounge captures Lamborghini’s iconic design aesthetic and brings it to an intimate and luxurious space. A Lamborghini Lounge is home to exclusive invitation-only events year-round and features unique furnishings and décor.
Along with the Lamborghini aesthetic, the Lamborghini Lounge Monterey has a dedicated Ad Personam customization area, a workshop and display devoted to Roger Dubois, and even authentic Italian cuisine. The inauguration event was made even more special by a world-class reveal.
Was the Aventador SVJ revealed in Monterey?
The Aventador SVJ is the next big thing from Lamborghini, and there simply wasn’t a better place to officially unveil it after its 6:44.97 Nürburgring run than the new Monterey Lamborghini Lounge.
Lamborghini will only make 900 of these models. Quite unbelievably, this wasn’t the most exclusive car that Lamborghini announced at the Lamborghini Lounge Monterey.
What is the Aventador SVJ 63?
In addition to the Aventador SVJ, the supercar will also have a limited edition variant called the Aventador SVJ 63. Lamborghini will only make 63 of them. The number commemorates the 1963 founding of Lamborghini and the start of one of the biggest names in the world of supercars.
The Aventador SVJ 63 features unique details throughout its full carbon fiber monocoque and body. The SVJ 63 also features the number 63 on the doors and hood. The Aventador SVJ 63 will be rare, it will be fast, and it will be a showstopper wherever it goes.
